Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of personal data processing is mainly to ensure initial contact with potential applicants for the product, by sending a form (realization of the legitimate interest of the operator).
Scope of personal data processed
The personal data of interested parties (affected persons) for the services provided by the operator after their interest is processed by the operator to the following extent: name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address.
Retention period of personal data
The Operator shall keep the personal data of the data subjects in the internal database of those interested in the operator's services for a period of three (3) years from the date of obtaining personal data from the data subjects, after which the Operator undertakes to ensure the destruction of such data. The specific retention period for the personal data of the data subjects shall be set in cases where a specific consent is required for the processing of the personal data of the data subjects. If the personal data of the data subjects are processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, the controller shall process the personal data of the data subjects for a period defined by the relevant legal regulations.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of § 13 par. 1 letter f) of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws as amended, and thus the processing of personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller or third party, unless the interests or rights of the data subject personal data protection. This is a lawful processing of personal data for which no special consent is required from the data subjects.
Transfer of personal data of data subjects
By using Webflow (a website creation service), the personal data of the data subjects are also transferred to third countries, namely the United States of America. Webflow has its own certification for EU-U.S regimes in order to comply with the security rules regarding the protection of personal data. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield and legally transfers EU / EEA personal data to the United States in accordance with Privacy Shield certification. The transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization may take place if the European Commission has decided that the third country, territory or one or more designated sectors in that third country or international organization concerned guarantees an adequate level of protection. No special authorization is required for such transfers (Article 45 (1) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter GDPR Regulation).

Information on the rights of the data subject
The person concerned shall be entitled to request from the operator, in the form of a written or electronic request, in particular the following:
issuing a confirmation of whether they are, resp. her personal data are not processed, listing of personal data that are subject to processing,
providing information on the processing of personal data, the scope of personal data, the purpose of their processing and other related additional information, an indication of the source from which the controller obtained the personal data, correction / destruction of the personal data processed by the data subject, which is incomplete, false or out of date, blocking of the personal data of the data subject, if the consent to their processing has been revoked before the expiry of the set time limit for their processing, carrying out the destruction of the personal data processed if the data subject considers that they are being used for direct marketing purposes without specific consent, and
carrying out the destruction of personal data if the purpose of their processing has ceased to exist or if there has been a breach of generally binding legal regulations during their processing.
